Sarapan biasa saja,tdk ada yg special.

Banyak sekali security parking tetapi bukan dr hotel,mereka sangat tidak friendly pada tamu hotel. Contoh nya pd saya. Mereka pernah tidak sopan pada saya,dan akhirnya saya menegur nya. Jd mohon beritahu pada mereka,untuk sopan terhadap tamu hotel.

Kamar rapi, luas, nyaman, terang. kamar mandi juga terang dan bersih.

Air showernya kurang kencang dan kurang panas.

Staff were great. Location and price were very good.

Rooms, especially the bathrooms are in need of some TLC. I have stayed here a few times because of the location but the bathroom in every room had items not working or ready to fall off.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Convenient location. Aircon was good.

Breakfast. Most dishes were empty and not refilled at 08.50 in the morning. What was there was cold. Very little choice and no western options apart from the egg station. No bread and the coffee is terrible. My room is old and the bed not comfortable. Although supposed to be a no smoking floor the room across from mine was openly smoking with the room door open! The smell is carried through the Aircon ducting to other rooms. The bar downstairs doesn't have beer!!

The location was "strategic"

My expectations were not met. The room, the bed, the bed linen, the furniture, the bathroom, the bath towels were all old and tired. It was as if no maintenance or upgrade had been carried out since Y2K.

Location is strategic, nearby area got many local foods by walking distance.

The aircon is working for 3night and the management didn't update the info and wait for the customers to complaint. The hot water shower is totally not hot, and the towel got smell too, maybe the towel didn't dry enough and just put in room. This time is worst than last time i been here. Maybe will change a nearby hotel for the next visit.
