Quaint, well-maintained, helpful staff.

It sits on Main Street so there is traffic noise until late in the evening, then it calms down (for my room that faced the street).

Very clean and updated, friendly and helpful staff.

The TV was very difficult to operate.

I had booked a three night stay. Sunday morning, I received a call from my wife that she had fallen backward and hit the back of her head. So I had to leave that morning. Called airlines to change my flight. Done. When I went to tell the person behind the desk that I was checking out after just one night stay.. because for a family emergency. No refund, because I booked with BOOKING.COM. don't have an emergency with this place of business. Not good.

This was such a spacious room. The staff was helpful with our very late check in. I loved the live edge wooden vanity top. Such a cute, clean and comfortable room on a budget.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel while visiting family in Gardnerville. It was clean and quiet and has wonderful access to a park and walking paths nearby. AC worked good. Bed was a little soft for our tastes, but overall this place was much better than expected and we will stay here again in the future.

Dumpy place. Don’t trust the rating on this place. It’s a 5 out of 10 at best. Cheap but not worth it.
