Their customer service and pet policy were terrible. Very expensive

The room was nice, large, and clean. Hot chocolate and donuts available in the morning. The curtains stayed closed in the center, no annoying gaps letting in light. Fridge and microwave in room.

There was a problem with the TV, couldn't access the guide channel. Someone came to fix it but they couldn't get the guide channel to work either.

I was able to get the last donut.

Tub drain needs to be cleaned out very slow, water will fill up tub. I just noticed, each room has no door mat for entry could keep room floor cleaner? Other than that nice remodeled Inn!

Very good value for the money. Older motel, but clean. Staff is friendly. Note that "mountain view" means that and street view, that is US 395. So it can be a little loud. Still very good value for the money.

Room was fine. Night shift woman was great at check in

No breakfast. One box of donuts put out that were gone when I checked out. They didn't replenish. Pretty bush league. Morning desk guy was rude and useless

We stay frequently. Rooms are fine. Nothing special but clean. Nice antique shop across the street.

Could provide more of a breakfast than doughnuts for the price. La Quinta in Bend is much cheaper and has an excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was literally donuts and coffee. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was very accessible. Great Basque restaurant just across the street.

Bedside lamp and in-room coffee machine did not work. There was no dedicated place to charge mobile phones or camera batteries.
