Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Cesar Resort & Spa. Tout était absolument parfait. Le point fort de cet établissement est sans aucun doute l'accueil : le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel, aux petits soins et d'une grande bienveillance. On se sent réellement choyés du début à la fin. La chambre était parfaitement propre et confortable. Côté restauration, le petit-déjeuner est un vrai régal : très copieux avec un large choix pour satisfaire toutes les envies. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine. C’est un espace très convivial, reposant et peu fréquenté, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du calme, loin de l’agitation. En résumé, tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement pour ceux qui recherchent de la sérénité et un service de qualité à Marrakech. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The level of service was truly excellent from check-in to check-out. What stood out most was the impeccable staff. Every team member was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for. Their hospitality made a great stay even more memorable. We want to extend our special kudos to Imane at the reception and Amshad at the service for breakfast. These 2 individuals are really the true definition of what an excellent, outstanding customer service satisfaction means, always smiling, caring, greeting everyone with respect.
