Reception staff not very sensitive and made a mistake in the payment so that an additional payment was sent afterwards. That is unprofessional.

Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Kulkutiet oli työmaan vuoksi hieman hankalat, mutta kun ne oppi, ei haitannut. Vedenkeitintä ei ollut, sitä kaipasin. Ei tullut kysyttyä olisiko saanut pyynnöllä.

Oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Illalla konsertista saapuessamme n. klo 22.40 hotellin oma baari oli jo menossa kiinni ja yllätyin. No, menimme siten nukkamaan.

"Construction site is disturbing the entry and exit"

Hotel is in the middle of the construction site. Difficult to find by car, navigator is taking you around the area when searching the parking hall entrance. It was never informed the shortcut from the floor 0 to the downtown city. It was not informed that the floor 0 entrance will be closed in the evening. We had to walk back and forward and go around the whole building. Parking was more expensive with the Moovy app, but reception was not informing of that in the check-in.

"Tyytyväisiä oltiin, tulemme varmasti taas uudestaan."

Toiveemme kylpyammeella varustetusta huoneesta otettiin huomioon, iso kiitos. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamupala monipuolinen. Ystäväni ihastui huoneen värikkyyteen ja valoisuuteen.

Huoneessa olisi voinut olla vedenkeitin. Vaikkei hotelli tarjoaisi ilmaisia teepusseja, olisi ollut mukava keittää iltateetä edes itse ostetuilla teepusseilla ennen nukkumaanmenoa. Sijauspatja liukuu suhteellisen herkästi paikaltaan, mikä vaikutti nukkumiskokemukseen negatiivisesti.
