ALFAVITO Kyiv Hotel

Staff very friendly and anxious to help! Nice! We started our Eastern Europe trip here and it was such a great beginning!

It was nice staying at the hotel, overall enjoyed. Let me do early check-in. I am recommending the hotel.

The e room was great, good minibar content and very clean.

As soon as my client returned from Kyiv, he came to my office to rave about the Alfavito.....he said it was wonderful and would highly recommend it.

Hotel was pleasant food was good. My only problem came when I arrived at the airport my transfer that was made from Expedia was not there. I searched nut after awhile could not find. So I took a taxi. This service was made after oringal booking by another agent. The transfer knew I was coming because they needed address of hotel. The blame is on them the transfer agency. I did pay in advance. I am unswerving of their problem. That was the only upsetting occurrence

Just stayed one night. Deluxe "room" is actually two large rooms, 1 1/2 baths. Very comfortable. Two restaurants, plus a bar. Spa, exercise center, business center. Staff spoke English, very helpful. Also had currency exchange ofc open 24/7. Really good place.

I have stayed at this wonderful property many times now during the last year or so, and every time I feel welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kiev and want/need to be near the city center but not caught up in all of the usual traffic and noise of ground zero. Are there cheaper "business/upscale" places to stay? Maybe in theory and price alone, but you can't beat the overall quality and value of this hotel. The Alfavito is very accessible via plentiful, timely, and inexpensive taxis and it is within a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Palats Ukraina metro station. The neighborhood exhibits a vibrant but quiet, safe metropolitan atmosphere, and there are many usual necessities very close by (banks, restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies, retail shops, and more). The popular, upscale Ocean Plaza commercial center is also an easy 10 or 15 minute stroll away. If you would rather stay in, the rooms/beds are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and well appointed, and the on-site food and drinks are of good quality and easily available, if just a tad pricey. Finally, the wonderful staff (most of whom understand and speak English) is eager, professional, friendly, communicative, and helpful. Ask, and they will quickly deliver - or try as diligently as possible to do so. I have not yet been disappointed when all is said and done. For slightly more money, the Alfavito Hotel is a classy, high-value hotel which I recommend highly! GPO
