Very Nice Classy Hotel, excellent reception! High Decor, right by the Metro to zoom downtown, guests are allowed nice Bar, superb Breakfast, this is a 5 Star Property, a 10 minute Metro ride to downtown at a 4 stat price. Nice Restaurants close by! You will be happy with your stay here!

Nice,clean,great for the money paid.Great location,close to everything. Waitress in lobby bar never came back to pick the order after we asked menu,so it was awkward,otherwise everyone was helpful

Nothing wrong with the property but due to a bomb scare we got evacuated from the hotel. The city was not safe due to the elections. I had to leave one day earlier than than the original booking.

I liked the central location of the hotel and the helpful staff. I give high marks for cleanliness of hotel and the rooms. The food in the dining room was good and not expensive. Breakfast was typical Ukrainian breakfast but the staff wasn't so friendly. The internet was non existent in the rooms and barely functional in the lobby. This problem needs immediate attention. Overall I would stay there again.

My only two complaints are that their breakfast was a bit inconsistent with the offerings and that they knocked on my door one morning at 7 AM for housekeeping. On the upside...the massage and manicure in the spa were great. Overall, staff was friendly in all areas of the hotel - from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff. Almost everyone I encountered who worked at the hotel spoke very good English. Room was large and well-appointed and the king size bed was comfortable and made for restful sleep. Metro stop is close and plenty of good restaurants in the area.
