It was beautiful, light and comfortable.

It was hard to find as the sign was flat against the wall and almost invisible! The main problem was The water was never hot.

Contact met personeel goed. Locatie prima makkelijk naar centrum niet onveilig

De douche was niet fijn, als je douchte was de badkamer gelijk nat de vloer

The place is very quiet and the staff, especially Khalid who was there the first night when we checked in, was really helpful. It is also located right in the Medina. So we loved it.

At times there are bad odors coming from the sewage in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast was minimal. But when we asked them to make us omelettes, they gladly did. That was very nice of them.

The staff provided us with an excellent and very family like service. Will miss them and the place.

Propre

It was nice, well maintained and clean. The quadruple room was comfortable with all needed amenities. A good location as it is close to Bahia palace and El Badi palace

Breakfast was decent, we have had better breakfast in other riad. The main thing we didn’t appreciate was the charge of 10 dirhams per paper to print our boarding pass, I feel this is quite overpriced. Also the rooms can get quite cold in the winter.
