Room was not clean and staff were not friendly

loved the spa. omg! wish the slide was working. breakfast is a must. location is perfect and free train card is a huge benefit so close to HBF and attractions perfect! needs English subtitles on TV

We have stopped at this property on several occasions and the service has gone down. There was no Internet to the television in the room. You could not cast as they said you could. The window in the room was left open fully , the room was cold and insecure. Paper cups in the room only 2 tea bags . 2 strips of coffee no Milk. We were not told the pool and sauna were closed. We did complain to the front desk. Nothing was rectified. The staff at front desk was not concerned at all On leaving the receptionist as was everything ok . When I said no she walked of We will not stop there again. Garry Campbell

great location & historic building…scaffolding surrounded the back side….but ok - construction/repair have 2 do repairs all items in display could be sold…was able to buy salts but not utensils or beautiful mugs… all good though & kind attendees @ front desk Thanks

Opposite the Hauptbahnhof, so it’s perfect for public transport, especially with the included transport ticket provided by the hotel.

Nice property, great customer service at reception, good location.

I stayed 3 nights, and many times in the past 10 years, the room is so run down no upgrading done, the mattress is soft and the pillow is too soft result I suffered a neck stiffness every morning! The shower room flooring is too slippery and will easily cause accident!

we were not allowed to park the car in the garage because it runs on electricity. It cost us €11 more to park in a public garage. Too many troublesome stairs to reach the room, we are not young people anymore. Never choose this hotel again. worst so far on our trip through Europe.
