Very friendly hosts and very obliging. Lovely cooked breakfast. Spacious room, comfy bed. Fridge in bedroom with fresh milk, nice added touch. Location for our visit was perfect. Quiet location, 35 minute walk into the city centre. We will be returning.

Exceedingly clean and tidy! My room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable (with lovely linen). Bathroom was spotless too with nice little finishing touches.

Everything was great! No negatives!
