To be honest I liked everything. Host was nice to me and explained a lot of things to me very clearly. Room very clean and good that has a key code system to it.

"Not the best stay in Belfast"

It is a b&B place but there wasnt any breakfast included - therefore it's not a B&B I hadnt appreciated that and that was a surprise !

I should/could have been reminded @check in there was no breakfast included in the price and if there wasn't - recommend a cafe eg the one around the corner 'The Gatch' was excellenbt fior breakfast

"Ok for what I needed, short stay."

Location was good, free parking. 7min drive into the centre or the bus stop is right outside the property. Easy check in and the host was very friendly and informative.

Empty soap dispenser in the bathroom and could of done with a hand towel. Lights did not work in the bathroom and shower switch was faulty (had to switch off by the mains) also no door on the bathroom so might be a problem if you had a visitor.
