Clean and Tidy hotel, would definitely stay again.

Awful. Not once did the property answer their phone when I was calling about my booking.

Hotel owner 40mins late for check in. Hotel looked like it had closed down. No toilet roll in room. Used soap left on bath and somone's dirty false eye lashes left on shelf. Loud group of men shouting and banging doors at 3am! Entrance hall stunk of weed.

Great location. Room looked like it had been recent renovated, kids enjoyed the view, bed and bedding comfortable. Probably paid more than it was worth buy it was peak time too

Stains on walls, sheets, bedding. Dirty room. Bad smell. Bar was unavailable - did not state this on the website before. Very low quality and standard.

This was an amazing stay at this hotel. You can see they are working on making the hall ways look better but the room itself was soo clean, really nicely decorated and the beds were really comfy too. The only thing I would point out is that the metal bed in room number 3 either needs tightening or oiling as it squeaks every little move made, which was a bit annoying and the toilet door just needs a bit of oil. But non of which stopped the stay been really nice. And the room was soo warm too which was really nice as it was cold outside. The only little thing I would say is a mini fridge would be great as we always have to take our own milk and have to sit it in a sink of water. But the stay was really good. Room was really nice. We will defo be back and would love the same room again. Thank you. Oh and the lady was so lovely too. Polite and patient with kids asking a million questions whilst trying to talk to her. Great hotel!

Nice present room with sea view Nice for my wife and kids Shame the bar is not in use yet but should be in the near future Nearest 24hr parking is about 10 minutes walk away ... but it was nice secure carpark called Central surface car park witch i would recommend... We had a great time

me and my family had an overnight. the owner was lovely and had only just taken over. we were on the top floor lots of stairs and the room was very warm great view and the kids loved it
