Welcome by hosts. Property set in beautiful spot with views of the fourth estuary. Lovely gardens available for a wander. Good sized rooms with adequate furniture. Comfortable bedding and linen provided. Located near rail station to access Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Property could be a little more homely/welcoming with pictures on the walls, and more rugs to soften wooden floors.
