Super lindo lugar y personal muy amable

La experiencia en este hotel en Cusco ha sido absolutamente decepcionante. La habitación estaba húmeda y con un nivel de humedad muy incómodo, lo que hacía que el ambiente fuera desagradable desde el primer momento. La ventana del baño daba directamente al pasillo del hotel, lo que eliminaba por completo cualquier tipo de intimidad. Además, el radiador no funcionaba, lo que empeoraba aún más la sensación de frío y humedad. También hubo problemas eléctricos tanto en la habitación como en el baño, lo cual resulta inaceptable en términos de seguridad y comodidad. Para colmo, la ventana de la habitación estaba rota y no cerraba bien, dejando entrar el frío durante toda la noche. La experiencia fue tan mala que tuve que contactar con Booking, ya que la relación calidad-precio no era en absoluto coherente. Hay hoteles mucho más limpios y correctos por el mismo precio, como por ejemplo Tika Wasi Casa. Teníamos previsto quedarnos 3 noches, pero nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente. No pudimos cambiar de hotel esa misma noche debido a que hicimos el check-in tarde. En resumen, no recomiendo este hotel.

We had a very nice stay after we came back from Machu Picchu. We could store our big luggage while we did the Salkantay trek. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Excellent breakfast as well.

The property is in amazing location, the San Blas neighborhood, and is walking distance to the San Blas plaza, and even the Plaza Armas. The staff were extremely friendly and the room we stayed in was gorgeous with a view of the entire city. The staff was also very resourceful when the entire neighborhood lost power and water one day—they worked with a nearby hostel, who had hot water, to ensure guests could have a proper shower.

The staff were the standout - so so kind and couldn’t do enough for you. The girl on nightshift walked me to my tour to ensure I got there ok which was so kind. Beautiful property, perfect location in San Blas. Quirky warm rooms. Delicious breakfast - eggs cooked to order. Amazing value!
