Hawthorne Plaza Inn Near LAX

Close to airport. Helpful receptionist.

We were given an interior room with a very small bathroom window so the place was quite dark even during the day. On arrival there was no toilet paper or shampoo (empty bottle) or body wash (missing). The receptionist apologized and gave us the replacement items. Our fridge had not been cleaned and contained some red colored soda which had spilled over the bottom shelf. The toilet seat was not clean. There were strange hairs inside the bed which clearly did not belong to us and we only found them the next morning when there was a little more light. We were disturbed the first night by someone knocking on our door at 5am, which was quite concerning.

Me and my husband stayed from one night. It was quiet, and the room was decent. Nothing to complain about we will Stay here again if need a night to Stay

Clean room doesn’t make sense asking for housekeeping at office if you need bad service

On website it says free parking but charged me 10 dollars for extra car. Air conditioning wasn't that great and bed was uncomfortable. Shower was hard to turn on and they only had shampoo no conditioner.

Not very convenient and also limited dining
