Katoomba Mountain Lodge

My room and bed were both small but clean. Shared shower and toilets very basic and not so clean. I was a sole female traveller and felt insecure. This may have been a misconception but enough to mean I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Quiet and decor unique

I had no breakfast. No bed.

I was surprised and distressed to find, on arrival, that I could not stay there, even with a booking made earlier. I sent an email of confirmation on the Wednesday before arrival on Friday.

Too old

It smell gross and I payed 100$ for a night there was no tv not a bathroom in the room and the showers that u use was disgusting

I made a booking and sent several messages stating that i would be arriving at 8pm and would required late check in. I tried to call several times and left voice messages and i also sent two text to the number. I never got a responce. When i arrived, there was no one to check me in, no note and a looked office. I tried to call several more times only to go through to voicemail. I ended up sleeping in my car. I have demanded a refund but still no responce. Absolutly disgusting that will not answer the phone or respond to voice messages or text messages. I even sent a message via whatif the booking agent.
