The location spacious room .

Tomorrow December 27 2025 is three months that I was in this hotel and they double charge me, and since September 27 I have no being refunded and nobody is taking responsibility about this huge mistake. I spoke several times with Fernanda who was the general manager of the hotel and with the new General manager, and still waiting for a reasonable answer in regards this mistake made for the hotel. So my advice Is stay away from this hotel because in the event of a mistake it has no profesional personnel to take care.

Customer service could be improved. They refused to give me salt for my breakfast salad, saying they didn't have any. I had to speak to reception and, after telling me the same thing, they brought me some in a small cup. The facilities are not very clean and the furniture needs maintenance. The shower in my room had marks from a rug and water stains. It looked dirty. The stains could have been removed with a thorough cleaning. On the last night, they even left me different towels, which were very old and worn, and the foot towel was torn. There are very few channels on the TV, and they have a buzzing sound, which is uncomfortable and makes it difficult to hear. The Netflix and YouTube apps don't work either. The phone in my room didn't ring either; it didn't work.
