It was a truly wonderful experience. Enjoying green tea and brownie with the stunning view created a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were very respectful, friendly, and welcoming, with excellent hospitality and warm smiles. Nukitha was with us every step of the way — very respectful, cheerful, and attentive to every detail, which made our experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. "Fantastic stay - great healthy good and AMAZING Hospitality!"

Had an amazing 2 days in this resort. The staff are absolutely sweet and very friendly making sure our stay is perfect. The Food is amazing! Healthy and tasty. Chef visited us at the table to ensure it was good and was open to modifications. The Spa was amazing! Gym was good. They promote digital detoxing, so there are no TVs in the room. Wonderful and will definitely re-visit again.

I had the most amazing stay at Jetwing Lagoon Wellness on the Balance and Bliss wellness package! Everything from the staff, accommodation, professionalism, amenities, and food was absolutely top tier. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special and cared for throughout my entire stay. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. A huge thank you to Koshika and Insam for our amazing massages! The food was also the best I had during my time in Sri Lanka. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone looking for a luxury wellness escape.

"Peace and tranquillity"

The whole place is superb. Very peaceful and clean, huge pool, cozy rooms and amazing breakfast buffet. The view from restaurant is amazing, loved to start the day with a coffee by the lake! Staff is super friendly. From not so good sides- no good beaches in the area and dinner menu could be improved. Other than this is 10/10
