The rooftop restaurant is very nice. I liked that the included breakfast was not a fixed menu and you could choose any of the breakfast options. My favorite was the arepa stuffed with egg. Make sure to ask for salsa picante! Restaurant prices were very competitive with others and the drink prices were much better than anywhere else in Cartagena. Don't change a thing! Showers have good pressure and hot water. The king suite is a good choice and the bathroom has a bidet which is one of the best unadvertised features. I wish more hotels in Colombia did this. This is important in a place where the pipes are 500 years old and you can't flush toilet paper! Wifi was good for remote work. I had no problems using this as my remote office on work days and also enjoyed working on the terrace next to the hot tub. Location is really good, you're a 10 minute walk from the clock tower or Getsemani. The staff is fantastic and check in/out was very smooth. If you need groceries or snacks, there is a major supermarket across the street (Exito)

No complaints. I wish I had known about this property in the past few years. I will definitely be staying here again.

Quarto com mofo. Ar condicionado com alexa demanda repetir o coma ndo varias vezes para conseguir ligar e nao tem lista disponivel de todos os comandos do quarto. Alexa foi instalada para gerar economia e nao conforto.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond for us, helping us navigate our stay before and after our cruise. They got us into our room early when we returned from the cruise and let us check out a little later when our flight was delayed. They helped us arrange all our transport as well, working with us when there were delays. The location is amazing. Right in the center and with several amazing places to eat nearby, not to mention its own restaurant food was enjoyable too! We loved our stay here.

The only thing I missed was a pool given the heat in the city and the bathroom was a little tiny and therefore challenging to maneuver in, but given how wonderful everything else was, I would stay here again even without a pool and knowing how the bathroom was.
