"Host's way of engagment with the client is questionable ."

location close to the beach

Host did not answer her phone. We waited 2 hrs after we arrived to the facility before we talked to host over the phone. Location for the facility was confusing, the property we were renting was listed on a different address and there was no-one to clarify that.
