The location, the rooms itself was comfortable and clean, great price, easy access to room upon arrival.

The lamps on the tables were a little dusty, there was a bag of towels and wash clothes laying in the floor upon arrival that I assume were clean but they were still wet so we didn’t use them and used only the few that were in the bathroom.

It was such a beautiful room, decorated in modern beachy style, clean and fresh feel even though there is no room service. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS! Definitely made a rainy stay at Myrtle Beach still worth it.

Location was awesome. Myrtle Beach was breathtaking. Beach was great. Hotel entrance was easily accessible

Upon arrival noticed pubic hair in bathroom in shower and toilet. Tub was cracked and there was a baby roach crawling on the counter.. Exhaust fan in bathroom was broke.nicest thing about bathroom was the folded toilet paper. Utensils in kitchen were melted and fridge was nasty. No baking pans Floors were dirty with plenty of sand everywhere. Furniture in living room was dirty and coming apart tables were broke and coming apart. Floor was bubbled up and moved when walked on. Curtains had mildew and small mold on them. Door lock to balcony was broke. View of beach was terrible. Noticed that the combination lock box outside room door that held contractors keys didn't lock and anyone could come in at any time. Had to remove it and put back before leaving .worst so called condo we have ever stayed in myrtle.

the wall be and the pull out sofa were very uncomfortable and the sewage was backing up in the bathroom sinks early in the morning

Great location beautiful view the hot tub was great.

Kitchen wasn't equipped with a dish rag nor or cleaning supplies had to go buy steel wool to clean the pots before I could cook. Towels was stained I brought my own

not clean though having a plethora of rules of being clean. found a roach and staff wanted to send people to spray while on our stay. staff wasn’t friendly seemed some what rude in out opinion. we didn’t ask for anything due to the room not being clean etc but they seemed to believe we tried to get something out of it. just wanted to let them know for future guests. we will not be coming back.

Condo was nice and clean - great amount of room. The sliding glass door would not completely shut or lock - other than that - everything was great!
