"The staff were lovely, helpful and kind. We felt safe there and we had places to eat close by."

The room space was good, the beds were comfortable and having a kitchenette was a great addition. We also liked having a balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy a coffee and a meal.

The shower was a little small and it would've been nice to have had little bottles or sachets of shampoo and conditioner, instead of just a shower gel that's also used as a shampoo.

Location and it was very clean

We stayed in a family room, the roomwas very dated, the only place too sit was on kitchen chairs or the beds, no lounge. The air conditioner turned on but the fan was broken so it was less than a bar heater. Beds were comfortable but on a whole the room was not. Parking was advertised but it was first come first served, which was not advertised, we had to park on the street.
