Friendly staff

The bed was uncomfortably hard, and I could feel the springs. There was no access to the air conditioner as they didn't provide a remote. The water heater was unreliable, failing to produce hot water even when set to the maximum temperature. The room had an unpleasant odor that bothered my nose. The only mirror was located in the bathroom, and the blanket provided was very thin. The air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable. The room I booked didn't have a window, resulting in an unpleasant smell in the bedding and blanket.

"Cheap and friendly hotel."

Very friendly staff, the owner Lee was very helpful and kind. Nice room with aircon. Book direct with the hotel instead of booking.com for a cheaper price.

"Avoid this place"

The room had a decent shower.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The room was disgusting, filthy. The walls were covered in so much dirt, the floor has been badly washed for so long, there are dirty mop splashes all around the room edges. On the wall by the bed was dirt that could have been blood or excrement. The bed was so uncomfortable, the springs could be felt pushing into your body, the white bedding was a dirty grey colour as were the towels. The pictures this hotel advertises are nothing like the room you get. The shame is there is no policing of what these hotels put in their advertising. And when asked to share photos of the room there is only an option to put one photo in each section. How can you show people the truth.
