Very nice and secluded. Beautiful building and architecture. Nice and clean pool. On-site restaurant

The mattresses were thin and old. The pillowcase was old and stained. Smelled musty inside.

Not prepared arrived late and room had no ice . Television down not function and pool out of service which I asked if I can use upon arrival . I will never return but place has potential . Of and they wanted to give me a 20 lbs bag of ice for 5 bucks which is an insult

Good value for price and nice views, comfortable for a short holiday.

The hotel has nice villas but some of them are outdated with old appliances or bathroom appliances like the shower that have not been changed in a while. Pool area is nice but service was not great on Saturday morning, there were no towels and when they finally arrived we were leaving, we had to ask for them more than three times. In any case towels very very very old and had lost color. The pool has some missing tiles and edges were sleepery. It's a great place but improving service it's necessary.

Location, staff friendliness, price.

Rooms are filthy, beds are terribly uncomfortable, pillows are dirty, hot water is unreliable, water pressure is terrible, way too many insects everywhere, doors and windows don’t close properly, and the “resort” is really just a gated community.
