سلاسة وسرعة تسجيل الدخول والخروج، هدوء المكان، الإفطار منوع بشكل جيد مع القدرة على خدمة العدد الكبير من النزلاء بدون تزاحم او تأخير، توفر المصاعد وسرعة استجابتها للطلب، وسع الغرفة وبرودتها، سعة دورة المياه ونظافتها وقودك تفق ماء الاستحمام، قربه من المسجد الحرام، تعاون جميع الموظفين وتعاملهم بلطف وخاصة قسم العناية بالنزلاء ( الموظفة شهد ) .

عدم وجود لوبي ومقهى مريحة ذو مطل، عزم توفر ادوات النظافة في الحمام، لو كانت الستارة أكثر حجبًا لضوء الشمس لكانت افضل، لا يوجد ميزان وادوات المطبخ البسيطة، لا يوجد سجادة صلاة.

الموقع ممتاز على الساحه والاستقبال سريع وأخلاق ويحاولون يخدمون على قدر استطاعتهم والخدمه سريعه المطعم لذيذ ومتنوع

الاطاله جزئيه الغرفه صغيره وماهي بمستوى فندق في الأبراج وغالي

Location, room service, mattress, azan from Masjid direct with a speaker in the room, very delicious deserts and coffee when i arrive i the room

People on reception, service on phone, unfriendly and not helpful, when i arrive the woman could first not find my booking and i was very tired and wait on reception, no Chair, no drink, not polite, especially when you pay so much for one night there must be a better kind service, food at breakfast not good for a five star hotel, food in Violet Hotel in Al Azizyah better, even when its only 3 star Hotel and cost 30 procent. Shampoo bottle was damaged, no shoes for bathroom, waiting 20 min that someone pick up my bags. But at least this person was very kind also the person which bring me food to room. The peope at the reception need to throw their arrogance when they work in thos kind of jobs. Hajj season was for more than 2 weeks finish, so not so crowdy. Not enough tables at breakfast for all the guests.And the worst door to the other hotel rooms, which was of course locked but you could listen every word from the neighbors. No water pressure. Missing toothbrush and toothpaste. Very long waiting time for a elevator.
