"AMAZINGGGG Stay "

The hotel was amazing! I love every detail of it. Breakfast was amazing, the staff was amazing and respectful. Overall I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back. Even after hotels.com messed up on our booking, the hotel was still respectful and accommodated all of our needs and request.

"Wonderful chance stay"

We decided to try it as we had an even in Hyatt and Hyatt was full. Wonderful choice. Room is spacious and well designed with nice little details. As a keen eyed seasoned traveller, we enjoyed also the TOP service provided by the staff. Great location too! Would be returning if we go back to Jakarta!

Everything was impressive. I would suggest that the in room Bar service could be better. I reminded them to refill and point out missing items that we did not consume. Small thing that didn't affect the overall impression.

"Exceptional"

This is a terrific 5 star hotel. It's close to shopping and has great security. It is not a party place. The staff is terrific. Will stay here again.

"Not quite worth the price."

Second time ataying here. In the past, they had 7am check in and 9pm checkout so that’s why we booked... but they’ve cancelled that now.. Large rooms with fabulous view. Attached to two malls, nice restaurants nearby. Pool is indoors and cold. (They have a large outdoor, somewhat cloudy one but it’s for residents only)

Great stay. Although connected to Plaza Indonesia, this hotel appears to be away from the hustle and bustle.
