Great views, really good, helpful excellent staff. Everyone was happy and always welcolming with a smile and willing to have a chat. The only issue we had was they got the BD flowers on the bed for my friend in the wrong room. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious too as was the 2 for one cocktails. Veiws and service so nice we ate there 3 out of 5 nights. Bit further out from the noise of Patong beach which was appreciated. They do have a shuttle bus to take you in and out.

This was my second stay at Indochine, my first being over 10 years ago. And the service now is the same as it was back then, exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Its location is close enough to all the action in Patong but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet with amazing vistas wherever you look. Top notch restaurant with great quality food, amazing gym, pools and activies. This is everything you want in a 5 star resort. But the defining quality of this resort is its staff, which is the main reason I came back after a 10 year gap. I hold customer service in very high regard and from the concierge to the security staff, Indochine has exceptional customer service insuring that your stay is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend this resort for your next stay in Phuket

If you’re in search of a lovely view from your very own terrace, this is definitely the perfect spot for you! Value for maney. For breakfast, would be a good idea to add more local southern Thai cuisines.

Excellent accommodation with attentive and friendly staff. The place is immaculately presented. The food and cocktails at their signature restaurant is amazing. The views are magnificent. I stayed at two seperate hotels similarly priced and this place is a huge standout. It’s not far from Patong Beach and they provide regular shuttles. I will be back

We had an enjoyable time there. The staff were excellent and the buffet breakfast spread was great. We had our own private pool and jacuzzi and the view from our room was fantastic.

I hadn’t been to IndoChine for a couple of years, but decided to return for its peaceful location. It’s tucked away in a tranquil area, yet only minutes from the lively buzz of Patong, easily accessible via the hotel’s shuttle service. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their friendliness and genuine smiles. I’m currently dealing with a mobility issue due to a knee injury, and their attentiveness made a real difference — always eager to assist and ensure I could move around comfortably. One of the key reasons I chose IndoChine again was the option of having a pool in the room. I really value privacy and calm, and this feature delivered both. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. There is some construction happening near the lobby, and the original breakfast restaurant is no longer there. However, the new breakfast spot further up the hill is a delightful surprise. With panoramic views of Patong town and the entire bay, it’s a perfect place to linger over a long breakfast and an extra coffee. The buffet offers a great variety of options, and once again, the staff were exceptional — helping with plates, bringing coffee, and always making me feel welcome. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’m already thinking about when I’ll return.
