nice welcome and reception. very clean. very good location for our nneds. they reception was very helpful when we need ironing and helped us.

tiny rooms, shower has bathtub that are high and not easy to get to for the olderly. no seperate shower. No Aircondition in the rooms nor in the lobby. some facilities were not working: fridge in the room (the good solution suggested by the reception was to keep our staff in the hotel resturant fridge). safe in the room didnt work.

The location is very good, I walked from the station and got a direct tram to the Fondation Beyeler in Riehen (with card for free transport for the day given by the hotel). The staff is very king, the room very practical, with everything that is needed. All worked well.
