The property advertised as airconditioned room. Even signage outside, printed i fromt door. In the booking app pictures. In the voucher that they will send to you. Everything tells you its an aircondioned room. After 3 hrs of booking i tried to contact them and they told me that cannot cancel the booking even though they scammed me about airconditioned room. They keep on denying my request, i even contact booking cs and the cs tried to negotiate but still they refused to cancel the booking. I end up in a super hot room. The bedsight light has two socket but when you turned off the light the socket will turn off two. You will end up cannot charge your phone if you turn off the light. Front of the hotel is a major construction site. So its very noisy. The staff dont bother to give wifi password. I dont know if there is. I end up using my own phone. This is complete scam because even after 3 hrs of booking they will refuse to cancel it.
