The only positive experience was the staff, who were kind and helpful.

I booked this room mainly because of the toilet, which was the only good part of the stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. The mattress was extremely hard, and the bed felt like it was about to break. It made very loud noises even with the slightest movement, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Staying for 2 nights was not comfortable at all. The room also felt incomplete and would benefit from basic additions like a carpet. I would not recommend booking the room with a bathtub, as the overall experience was not worth it.

Very clean rooms. All facilities provided in the room. Very much feels like home.

Tak suka sebab , masa sebelum booking available to request babycoat . Bila dah booking lepas berapa jam tiba2 dapat text kata babycoat tak ada langsung . Jadi kenapa perlu promote kata ada babycoat. Nasib baik la pilih bilik yang luas sikit . Beli toto untuk anak2 bentang tepi katil tu je .
