Semua ok, staff pn ok.. Cuma kena letak depo cash.. Jadi mmg kena sedia kan cash.. Alatan mmg cukup lengkap, mknn dlm blik pn ada cuma kena byr la klau makan.. Senang klu lapar2 blh ngam je..

Not much, the cleaning staff were very nice.

My wife and I stayed at Hallmark View Hotel during a short honeymoon excursion in Malacca. We intentionally booked a more budget-friendly option for a couple nights, so we were not expecting luxury, but unfortunately the experience still fell below our expectations. The hotel felt more like a basic 2-star motel than what the online photos suggested. One issue we experienced was that there was no hot water one evening, which was frustrating after a long day out in the heat. We also felt that some of the Google photos were misleading, including images that appear to show amenities or areas from a different property location, including a pool that does not exist at this hotel. The room itself was functional, and to give credit where it’s due, the air conditioning worked very well and got quite cold, which was appreciated in Malaysia’s climate. However, there were also several maintenance and comfort issues, including a very firm/cheap-feeling mattress and a few small mold spots in the room. Another inconvenience was that the AC shuts off when the key card is removed, so the room becomes quite warm when you return. Overall, we left wishing we had spent a little more money for a nicer stay, as it likely would have made a big difference in comfort. If you are simply looking for a very budget place to sleep for a night, it may still work for you, but travelers expecting the property to match the online presentation may be disappointed.
