The staff was always friendly and cooperative, the Manager offered us a room upgrade due to our change of schedule and also they kept our luggages for the next days when we were travelling out. We really appreciate their cooperation and kind availability. We thanks all the Hotel personnel.

Excellent hôtel: chambre spacieuse et bien décorée, personnel très serviable et idéalement localisé au bord de la rivière pour visiter Siem Reap.

L'expérience est globalement très positive mais quelques points à améliorer. La connexion WiFi n'est pas optimale, de même que l'éclairage de la chambre, pas pratique pour lire dès qu'il fait sombre. Le petit-déjeuner (dont le café) pourrait être meilleur.
