Villa Jerami & Spa

Location, quiet and walkable to food, shopping and nightlife. Very handy to have a convenience store and laundry service across the road as well as an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast to dinner. Staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The villa enabled us as 3 friends to have our own rooms and space (as our villa was not interconnected). The location is quiet and relaxing.

A bit out of the way and we had a mouldy pizza room service - it was rectified but still made us hesitant

The villa design was very unique and spacious. Location is easy to find. Very representative for Balinese style villa.

I found some leaking spot in the bathroom. Some corners seem like need to be retouched, as it seems the villa is newly renovated. Not quite comfortable when raining. Hope the management will figure it out. Overall, this was the best 3 bed rooms villa we’ve ever experienced.

The location was perfect - there was some shopping nearby without being too close to where the main shopping was (where there was a lot of traffic). We enjoyed the warm welcome, the food, massage, and accommodations very much!

The wifi connection was in and out for my friend but fine for me.
