"No sympathy and guilt"

No bugs

They were rude and obnoxious and when I asked for time and the manager they called the cops on me and my 3 kids and had me removed out with all I had going on and refused me service after I paid for my room. Then offer a ride to get to where I was going because of the guilt.

"Very old. Rooms ok. Common areas are bad"

Very run down. Sign on the front door that says no shopping carts inside. If it wasnt nonrefundable i would have walked out. The rooms themselves were slightly better than the rest of the hotel. Decent bed and the room seemed clean but i didnt want to go digging honestly.

The TV never worked, the pool wasn't easily accessible and wasn't clean. The bed was uncomfortable. I wasn't impressed but it met my needs for a cheap place to stay. The staff was helpful when I couldn't get hot water.

We booked the honeymoon suit because of the jacuzzi tub… When we first walked into the room (110/112) it smelt strongly of roach spray. One of the air conditioners didn’t work. We cleaned the tub first but after we filled it and turned the jets on this disgusting residue came out of the jets. We couldn’t even use it.
