The breakfast service was inconsistent. There is a steep hill down to the beach.

The view from the balcony is fantastic, the onsite restaurant with room service is very good and the staff is friendly.

The facilities around the pool and garden could be improved.

Location is good.

Not value for money at all. Room was given late. Furniture is broken. Electric switches are broken. Electric geyser doesn’t work correctly. I left a day early .

We stayed as a family of five (two adults and three kids aged (6–11). The hotel is in a good location, not far from the beach, though it doesn’t have direct access or a private beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and every request we made was handled quickly and with a smile.  Excellent and praiseworthy team! Housekeeping staff were attentive, changing towels and linens regularly, and the restaurant and kitchen staff were also kind and accommodating to our needs. We booked a family suite which was absolutely huge with two very large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a small balcony. The view from the room was lovely, overlooking the sea and palm trees. However, the hotel definitely needs a serious makeover. The pool is very small and doesn’t match the photos shown on major booking sites. The Wi-Fi was a real nightmare - every device required a separate username and password, and for a family of five, this became quite frustrating.  The signal was strong and stable, but that’s the only positive thing about it. Breakfast was tasty but limited in variety.  It’s served at the table, not a buffet. Overall, I wouldn’t define this as a “resort” it’s more of a 3 or 4 star hotel. From what we understood, the hotel belongs to the Raviz Hotels group, and if they consider themselves a luxury chain, there’s quite a bit of work to be done here – though the place does have great potential.

The staff were absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special mention to Sunita, Kiran, Rakhig, Jubajiy, Gautham, Shiju, and Sabin, who were all exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional — they truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, which fully met our expectations; the view was magnificent, and the room was impeccably clean with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised that half board was included, and the restaurant served delicious and well-prepared meals.

On the other hand, the garden and pool area did not quite match the impression given by the photos, and the hotel’s location is less secluded than it appears online, being situated on a busy street. While the hotel clearly states that there is no direct beach access, it was still somewhat surprising that you need to walk several hundred meters along the road and then descend a very steep hill with considerable traffic to reach the beach and promenade. There are also limited facilities and activities nearby, so this is your main option for going out. The bathroom could benefit from some refurbishment, as it appeared a bit worn, and the WiFi connection was very poor throughout our stay. It was also at times difficult to make ourselves understood in English, though the staff always did their best to help with kindness and patience. Finally, communication before arrival was disappointing — the hotel did not respond to messages via Booking.com, provided no welcome information, and gave no confirmation replies to our questions, which left us uncertain for a while whether our booking was properly confirmed. Despite these issues, the staff’s genuine hospitality and the beautiful sea view made our stay memorable overall.
