Nothing was in shape horrible experience

It’s affordable for the low income & working class.

I did not like the $100 extra they charge one to stay there. You should just charge a weekly fee for cleaning up like all the other motels, hotels & Airbnbs. My room was dirty & dusty & there should be microwaves and fridges in every room. I stayed for a week & needed these amenities.

El personal de atención es negligente, aún teniendo la documentación de la embajada no permiten acceder al alojamiento, y realizan el cobro de el alojamiento cuando no te permiten acceder al mismo nisiquiera leen la documentación solamente rechazan solicitando un pasaporte el cual ya se había reportado como perdido

The staff were rude and ignorant. The air conditioner was broken the toilet wouldn't flush the tub wouldn't drain. The floor was so disgusting your feet stuck to the carpet.

I liked the location quiete, the price, the hotel Is a good " motel" type simple practical just a place to sleep. Although I enjoyed the weekend the room was suitable. One thing the Hilltop should make sure the hair dryer are working and they are in all the rooms same . microwave oven refrigerator and most of all the TV has to work PERFECTLY Thanks !!!!!

TV wasn't working properly... remote control not working properly..TV broken.

The location was nice but the place was very thrown together meaning things thstbwere fixed werent fixed properly. The bathroom was very suspect and the place was very low budget.......very

The room i stayed in wasent par at all for the price and they charged a deposit for a room that was already not even worth the 100 dollar deposit. The whole room wasent even worth a 100 dollar deposit.

After reading some of the reviews I was scared to stay here. BUT Price was cheap, staff was very helpful and friendly, the place was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. No bugs or dirt or any bad smells in my room. No crackheads or creepy cars in the parking lot like others said. I didnt try the breakfast so no comment on that. Easy parking right next to the room. AC worked good. Short, easy, 15 minute drive into the city.

My only two complaints are there was no fridge in the room, and no shower curtain on the shower so water got everywhere. Not a 5 star hotel, but perfect and cheap if all you plan to do there is mostly sleep anyway. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures but the room looked fine.
