The customer service was terrific, when we arrived our room had no heat, and this was quickly remedied and my husband and I were reassigned a new room without any question. Beautiful views of the sea. A generous and good variety at the breakfast buffet served in a clean and pleasant room, also the daily soup in the hotel restaurant delicious, The staff were all very friendly, and super-helpful in particular in helping us make arrangements for taxi service across the border into Tunisia.
