King Tut Aqua Park Beach Resort

Merci à monsieur Hamid qui nous a très bien acceuilli, puis la piscine et la mer en face c’était très beau. Le 7/10 est seulement pour monsieur Hamid et notre house kipping qui était sympa sinon ce serait 1/10.

Pour commencer il y a une mer oui mais celle ci regorge de pierres pointu et c’est limite impossible de marcher. On nous avait pas prévenu pour cela sinon nous aurions acheté des chaussures à porter spéciaux pour ce genre de situation donc 1er jour je me blesse au pied une grosse entaille sous l’orteil je suis transporté chez le médecin de l’hôtel qui au lieu de me soigner me dit que je devrais payer 50€ à la fin avant même d’avoir examiner ma blessure. Elle m’a mit un produit et fais un bandage enlever la peau qui s’était déchiré puis m’a dit tu ne pourras plus entrer dans l’eau pendant 1 semaine soit la fin de mon séjour… donc à cause d’une erreur de l’hôtel j’ai subi cela aujourd’hui même après 1 semaine j’ai du mal à marcher et à appuyer sur l’orteil. Merci quoi vous avez juste ruiner mes vacances… comme si c’était pas suffisant on a 2 bouteilles d’eau pour 5 personnes 2 chambres. Et le soir ayant plus d’eau nous appelons la réception pour demander de l’eau et nous envoie vers le house kipping bon nous le cherchons dans notre immeuble il est introuvable nous demandons à des employés de nous donner de l’eau ils disent qu’ils peuvent pas ou nous disent d’aller la bas et la bas. On nous a balancer comme ça pendant 3 nuits et on nous a donné AUCUNE BOUTEILLES D’EAU. On nous envoient de droite à gauche comme si on avait demandé de l’or. J’ai du SORTIR ET ACHETER DE L’EAU DANS UN MARKET c’était tellement inadmissible. Les employés n’ont pas tous l’air d’être heureux à leurs travaillent on dit bonjour parfois il n’y a pas de réponse. On appel la réception 2x de suite et il nous raccroche au nez ne répond pas à nos appels. La nourriture était degeulasse j’ai réellement perdu 2 kilos en 4 jours j’ai strictement rien mangé tout me donner la nausées.

Il posto è grande e spazioso, l'accesso diretto in spiaggia è perfetto e senza questo sarebbe difficile accederci. Tanti tour organizzati internamente alla struttura. Le stanze grandi. Cibo discretamente buono, dipende dalla scelta.

Lo staff non è stato accogliente nel riceverci al check in. I vari organizzatori di tour/attività sono troppi insistenti e non c'è uno spazio in spiaggia dove non tu non venga assalito. Il wifi è praticamente inaccessibile, funziona solo nella hall ma è davvero lentissimo.

Понравились работники( Мухаммад ) ресторанов( китайский и морепродукты ) и Олеся , кто работает на ресепшене. Так же хотелось бы отметить шеф повара , что готовил омлет и яичницу очень вкусно и хорошо, быстро. В целом еду готовили хорошо👍 Неплохой пляж, но рыб мало. Впринципе неплохое расположение до магазинов и торгового центра.

Остальные работники, ОСОБЕННО те, что работают на пляже это полный ужас. Выбрасывают полотенца, чтобы забрать лежак и отнести другим людям за деньги. К сожалению не успел сделать видео, но там есть камеры наблюдения и можно увидеть всё по ним, а так же в крайний день забрали 1 из трёх полотенец что лежало на лежаках , когда мы отошли на обед. Самое плохое, что когда возникала проблема, то отправляли вначале к одному работнику, потом к другому и так далее. Ещё эти самые " работники на пляже" не умеют держать себя в руках и повышают голос , когда к ним обращаются с проблемой и проблема так и не решается. В конечном итоге приходилось самому идти на ресепшен и объяснять проблему. Причём там тоже не спешили помочь с её решением. Я даже видел менеджера ( в белой футболке + он сказал что он менеджер) подошёл к нему и объяснил по поводу полотенец, он попросил подождать 5 мин и ушёл , так и не вернувшись и мне пришлось снова самому подходить и говорить с людьми на ресепшене. Ещё был один неприятный инцидент, когда я увидел что один из работников ходил и искал лежак чтобы забрать, он выкинул вещи которые принадлежали нам и начал уносить этот лежак , я увидев это сразу же подошёл к нему и забрал лежак обратно, при этом он не хотел возвращать даже когда я ему сказал:" почему он скинул наши вещи?" Плюс ко всему многие работники понимают по русски, но в моменте когда им это не выгодно, делают вид, что ничего не понимают. Так же в одном из номеров, так как я забронировал два номера. Оказалась проблема с туалетом и её решили лишь в последний день нашего отпуска. Хотя сообщил я об этой проблеме с туалетом в первый же день. Обслуживание столиков во время еды оставляет желать лучшего, так как приборы для пищи и салфетки приходилось искать самому, если вы не пришли самыми первыми.

الفندق عبارة عن اتحاد بين شركتين ومكون من عدة مباني اصبحت المسافة بينهم بالنسبة لكبار السن تشكل عبئ ودورة المياة تنبعث منها رائحة كريهة ومروحة الشفط تعبانه فسببت رائحة بالغرفة

We moved here because first hotel was unacceptable. They were amazing and went above and beyond from start to finish. My husband had a stroke and their response was above and beyond. Staff constantly showed us care and compassion and extended our stay being as helpful as possible. The rooms are great, cleaned ro very high standard daily. Food was varied and service above and beyond. We were so well looked after and cared fi. Can't thank them enough. Made a very difficult time much easier. Checking we had eaten after hospital visits and constantly asking if anything we need. Even offered to visit my husband in hospital in their own time.

The only truly positive aspect of this hotel is the staff. Despite the obvious limitations in facilities, the team genuinely puts in effort to satisfy guests through their friendliness and cooperation. Bravo to them — it’s clear they are under pressure and doing their best to make up for the hotel's shortcomings. all.

However, the hotel overall is very basic. There’s no mobile signal throughout the property, and no free Wi-Fi in the rooms — only in the lobby, where it’s often unstable. Although the stay is advertised as all-inclusive, many items require extra payment, including something as simple as Turkish coffee. The beach is not properly prepared with sand, and there are only two public restrooms in the entire hotel. Even the rooms lack basic amenities like tissue paper. The food was extremely poor in both variety and quality, and the animation team was almost non-existent, with little to no entertainment or evening programs. It’s very obvious that cost-cutting is happening across all aspects of the hotel. You get the bare minimum in terms of service and experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel at
