Great location for skiing. Excellent service. Good food options. Easy transportation to town

Rooms aren’t very big but that’s not why you’re there

The location is super convenient, Niseko village has shuttle bus to Hilton or Hirafu or JR. Another good one is the Outdoor onsen, it is recharging after a whole day ski.

The facilities, room, are so old, air conditioner not working, window broken, insects are in the room. When we checked in , there’s only ONE staff, and no one helped on the luggage.

Great location, staff were very friendly and accommodating - especially with our two toddlers. Breakfast was amazing.

Wish we were able to stay for longer!

Perfektní poloha hotelu, uzasne mily a ochotny personal, pujcovna v hotelu, skipas online vyzvednuti v hotelu, skibus zastavuje pred hotelem, krasny onsen, vyborne snidane a velky vyber jidel. Perfektně vybaveny suvenýr shop, ktery neni predrazeny.

Hotel jsme bookovali predtim nez ho koupil Hilton. Bohuzel nedopatrenim byla rezervace zrusena , hned jsme tento problem hlasili a kdyz jsme udelali novou, museli jsme zaplatit trojnasobek ceny. Hotel je cisty, ale stav a velikost pokoju, umakartove koupelny, hlucna klimatizace(vrci jako kdyz pustite nejaky hlucny delnicky stroj, z referenci i v jinych pokojich) rozhodne neodpovidaji cene za noc na konci zimni sezony. Nekolikat jsme kontaktovali booking i hotel ohledne 300% navyseni ceny a vzdy nam bylo slusne zodpovezeno, ze se musime obratit na druhou stranu.

The staff were helpful and friendly

The laundry, 2 machines for ~100 rooms is not ok. The dryers were not working well either, making drying clothes very expensive

Breakfast was excellent selection. Room Very spacious , perfect location for ski in ski out

Charged for onsen when didn’t use it , think it should be opt in or out
