Near the beach and bed

Many things let's start with the service in the buffet... Their priority is to serve foreign guests and Indian guests are secondary. Can't turn off the AC bcz...if we turn it off the entire entrance will become wet...don't know why...?? I asked for the cake for my wife's birthday in the evening around 6 pm they told me that they would check and inform me and again I had to follow up on that after that they informed me d that we have to order it in mornings only.... okay latter I have to give them an idea to just give some Brownie or something with birthday msg and they did not even ask for the name. Food was not as expected again 5-star hotel service

"Not value for money...they are taking handsome amount but not providing that much in return."

The location is good..you have to just walk and u r there at the beach...the food was good, I liked everything about the food.

But the basic Amenities were lacking...towels were not good...our room was near reception ...there certain kind of smell...rooms were small.
