TH Sestriere - Olympic Village

la struttura è posta direttamente di fronte le piste da sci, ma i servizi non solo all'altezza. Checkin lento (cartaceo!), ristorante inefficiente e costoso (non proponibile per un pranzo veloce per poi sciare nel pomeriggio), pulizie da rivedere.

Ottimo servizio al ristorante per persone celiache sia la colazione che la cena, personale molto disponibile e preciso

Tutto sommato una buona struttura comoda e grande

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble avec un gros bémol pour le côté confort, le lit fait beaucoup trop de bruit quand on se tourne d’un côté ou de l’autre, le réfrigérateur ne se ferme pas bien, j’ai du éteindre les chauffages car ils faisaient trop de bruit aussi, petit déjeuner très décevant, et piscine payante alors que ce n’était pas prévu ni indiqué quelque part. quelques points positifs, le personnel et animateur très accueillant et bienveillant, les animations en extérieurs sont variées.

Garage accessibile con ascensore, e buon ristorante .

Location is very nice, rooms are spacious in the living area but somehow small in the sleeping area. Bed itself is too hard and not too comfortable for my taste. Room was not done during my stay, don't know if this was due to Covid-19 policies or else... Perfect place to escape heat anyway

Tres bonne adresse dans l'ensemble mais l 'accueil à la reception reste decevante ( ne parle pas l'anglais ni le francais, donne trop peu d'informations ). la literie de la piece principale n'est pas de tres bonne qualité

We didn't get the room cleaned on one day. Not a huge issue as such. Very noisy (had some inconsiderate neighbours on our floor chatting in the corridor until 0430am despite us asking them to be quiet). Bar area a little small considering the size of the hotel, which made it difficult to find a seat for an evening drink pre dinner.
