"Communication with the hotel completely ruined my impression of Italian hospitality."

Very disappointing experience. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic understanding in an emergency situation. The attitude felt harsh and unhelpful. This is not how a proper hotel should treat guests. I would not recommend this place at all.

Nous avons aimé le calme et l'amabilité du personnel. Par contre le petit déjeuner était moyen et toujours le même, j'aurais aimé un peu plus de choix.

Il n'y avait pas de bidet dans la salle de bain.
