Tolle Lage direkt am Hochufer. Diverse Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Sehr reichhaltiges gutes Frühstücksbuffet. An der Rezeption sehr freundliches Personal, sonst z. B. im Restaurant eherweniger.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen! Nachtisch hing schief an der Wand, Minibar Kühlschrank war warm und kühlte nicht. Aufzug hat keinen Türsensor und klemmt die Leute schmerzhaft ein.Lieblose oder besser nahezu keine Gestaltung des Zimmers. Standards sind überholt. Wasserkocher mit zwei Pulverkaffeetütchen bei vier Sterne superior???? Schwimmbad hat keine Videoüberwachung und viele der Wasserfunktionen sind absgeschaltet. Sauna war zur auf den Zimmern extra hingeweisenen Uhrzeit nicht eingeschaltet. Personal lief mit Montur und Straßenschuhen durch die Sauna und das Schwimmbad. Wir bekamen im Restaurant (dort nur Bar- oder Kartenzahlung möglich, auf die Zimmerrechnung zu setzen wurde abgelehnt)als Beleg eine Zwischenrechnung ohne ausgewiesee MWST ud Steuernummer des Betreibers (was läuft da ???). Elektroladesäule hat nur einen gängigen Kabelanschluss und war 16 Stunden belegt (fehlendes Kundenmanagement). Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock hatte en ganzen Tag übber Lärm vom Küchen und Servicebereich (Anlieferugen, Fahrradverleih, rauchendes, sich laut unterhaltendes Personal, Geklapper. Für den Zimmerpreis nicht hinnehmbar!
