Good location 15 minutes walk to the main square and only a few to the Jewish Quarter. Roof top pool, excellent and the rooms spacious and beautifully done.

Small issue with the aircon, was fixed within a couple of days. Breakfast could have been more imaginative - minor points in an overall great property

The decorating is pleasant it's nice and clean. Your staff said very pleasant and tried to do everything to help us

During the 3 days we had loads of power cuts with no electricity and the air conditioner kept on switching off. We were not provided with any free water lo under we are to play for. There was no fridge and nor kettle.. When we got back into the room there was a damp smell maybe because of the air conditioning the extremely tiny swimming pool it didn't have a ladder to get in and out would not be able to get out. The breakfast provided with orange cordial not very healthy when you think that in Morocco oranges are so plentyful fresh of orange juice would have been lovely. We were given yoghurt for children ful of sugar and chemical. Saïd was nice and did whatever he could. All in all attention to details it could be looked at. It wasn't the cheapest riad at £70 a night. We arrived during aid and we couldn't buy any water as the shops were closed and I think water should be given free of charge Evan a small bottle. Because the hotel is quite far away from the main road it would be nice if you could provide with a little trolley for our suitcases.

Le riad viva est un super endroit, une déco traditionnelle raffiné, un personnel adorable

Malgré le code wifi nous n'avions pas beaucoup de réseau dans notre chambre mais ce n'est qu'un léger détail.

Le riad est très beau ! Très bien décoré et les chambres sont jolies et confortables. Mais surtout l'accueil de Saad à été exceptionnel. Saad est d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours aux petits soins et un grand sourire Merci beaucoup à lui. Continuez comme ça !
