Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück war auch super. Wir waren auf dem Westweg unterwegs und der hol - und bringservice von der Alexanderschanze hat super geklappt. Zimmer war auch sehr geräumig und sauber.

War alles in Ordnung 👍 gab nichts zu beanstanden.

"Der Schwarzwald ist immer eine Reise wert."

Das war alles sehr gut,daß extra gebuchte Komforzimmer war fast sensationell.Die Gegend war für uns nicht unbekannt,aber immer wieder schön.

Wir haben nichts gefunden.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent food. Comfortable rooms. Great base for exploring the Black Forest.

Early kitchen closing time and the staff can feel a bit too strict at times.

Nice and very clean room but in an annex. Spacy bathroom with huge shower. Pleasant restaurant at the hotel. Good and varied breakfast.

The reception was a bit cumbersam with you asked to do digital info inputs and room payment at check-in. In normal hotels you hand over your ID for staff to copy info needed and you pay for the stay at check-out.

"Wunderbar erholsam"

Wir waren mit zwei kleine Yorkshire Terrier Gast im Hotel und wurden herzlich empfangen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und nochmal vielen dank für das Zimmer Upgrade! Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, hier ist man richtig. :) Was ich gern noch erwähnen möchte, dass die zwei junge Damen beim Frühstück, waren sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Schönes Hotel, sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Etwas schade, dass der Wellnessbereich abends nicht geöffnet hat und bereits ab 18:00 Uhr schließt.
