Bellissima struttura con parcheggio privato. Camera confortevole e pulita. Posizione ottima.

La struttura è davvero molto vicina al centro di Orvieto, in particolare al grande parcheggio costruito ai piedi della città; quando c’è bel tempo, con una passeggiata - in salita, chiaramente - di circa 20 minuti si può arrivare direttamente in centro. La struttura è davvero bella, l’immagine ideale del casale in Umbria: immerso nel verde, pulita, ottima colazione, proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili e anche un paio di cagnolini e un gattino simpaticissimi e teneri. Abbiamo notato una bella piscina esterna, ma essendo autunno non ne abbiamo usufruito, per ovvie motivazioni.

Unico piccolo difetto - ma davvero questo NON può essere in alcun modo responsabilità dei proprietari - la stanza ci ha messo un po’ a scaldarsi solo con i termosifoni in ghisa; ma d’altronde è normale, è una struttura grande e abbastanza antica, non avremmo preteso niente di più. Comunque, una volta scaldata, si stava benissimo, e abbiamo dormito su letti molto comodi.

The property is extremely well-maintained, the staff is very attentive and courteous. The property is only a 5 minute drive from Orvieto. The breakfast is very fresh and multiple foods to choose from. And lastly, the views of the landscape are breathtaking!

Francesca was the ultimate hostess. She was helpful with everything we needed. The location to old town Orvieto was great. We walked to town the first day (challenging climb up the hill), visited a winery the second, and spent the day shopping in Orvieto the third. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer!

We enjoyed our time here so much. 20 mins walk to town! Not easy but not too hard really! Loved being so close. The breakfast was great. The host was so lovely and the family atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. Recommend

It was all great. Came for one night and stayed for three!
