Emplacement au top. Proche du magnifique quartier des Oudayas et de la medina (souk). Personnel très professionnel et très sympathique. Merci à George et Rachid pour leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité.

The rooms and the building are truly beautiful, and so are the staff. For a couple who had never been to Morocco before, the mellow pace of Rabat was the perfect entry, and the thoughtful care of the staff was big part of a wonderful four day stay. Largely because of the warm and friendly staff, everything was easy and fun, so we could relax and enjoy the beautiful suite and the lovely town. Each morning, a full breakfast in the gorgeous courtyard. Our every question was graciously met - recommendations for what to see, where to eat, and how to get around. They arranged for laundry service and a tour guide, set us up for a hammam, and packed a lunch for our train ride… we were so well looked after! Also: excellent location just inside the Medina - easy to be dropped off with your luggage by car (also small elevator inside!) and very walkable to the casbah and souks. The bed was very comfy, and our upstairs room was quiet and the whole riad was very clean. Definitely staying here again if we can ever get back to Rabat, and definitely hoping to get back to Rabat someday.

Nothing disappointed us - our L'Alcazar stay was exceptional! Wish we could have stayed longer.
