Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa

The room was clean; however, the flush in the toilet did not work well. Breakfast was good, and the overall appearance of the hotel is very nice. The communal room in the main building is also very nice.

The spa timing for the children is a complete disaster; it seems this is common at Best Western hotels across the country. Kids were only allowed in the pool between 8 30-11 am and 3-6 pm, and this is during Easter break, when people specifically come for holidays with kids. I booked this hotel mainly due to the swimming pool and only found out the timing when I called the spa to double-check opening times a day before arrival. I would suggest to the management that they at least extend the kids' hours until 7 pm during the holidays, in our case, the swimming pool was empty between 6 and 7 pm and me with the kids where still kicked out of the swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel The staff were very friendly , the room was clean amd comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities. I would definitely recommend 👌

Although the hotel staff and management were fantastic, the hotel was advertised through Booking.Com as dog friendly, which it isn’t. We were not allowed to take our quiet, very well behaved small dog into the hotel and couldn’t therefore use any of the facilities; bar, breakfast area, restaurant, etc. I had to collect our breakfasts myself and carry it across the car park to my room in the dog friendly annex. The staff were very helpful but not what I was expecting and definitely not reflective of the price I paid. The room was nothing like those advertised within the main building and the cleaning was well below par. It felt like having a dog made it ok to house us in second-rate accommodation. I have not experienced this in other country estate dog-friendly hotels that charge no more. I was very disappointed that our much needed rest and much anticipated stay, was blighted by accommodation that didn’t live up to the description of a ‘dog friendly hotel’; far from it.
