Room was big and comfortable Room had fridge and A/C Staff was very friendly. For instance, they offered to microwave our food Convenience stores (even an Indian store and a over-night store) and bakery were nearby

The housekeeping service fell short of expectations, as some items were not resupplied even after we brought it to their attention The Nespresso machine did not work (in our room as well as our friends' room) - the staff said they are aware of the issue

Muito próximo da estação central, podendo ir a pé. Pude deixar as malas pela manhã antes do horário do checkin. Quarto confortável e banheiro com ótima ducha, além de meio box em vidro. Xampu, condicionador, hidratante de pele e sabonete líquido disponíveis no banheiro. Funcionários muito educados e com facilidade de comunicação.

O piso do banheiro pode ficar um pouco molhado após o banho, porque o vidro na cobre totalmente a área de banho.

1. Zero house-keeping irrespective of requests. 2. The lift can not be smaller than this size; the buttons may or may not work; Dark carpet and walls inside the lift 3. walkable space in the room was so little for 4 night stay, there is no room for two suitcases and carryons.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à estação principal. Os funcionários são solícitos e atenciosos. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável.

Lovely big room with bath and king bed

Very little, no cornflakes but a minor issue

El hotel está muy bien situado a 5m a pie de la estación de Gante, ideal si se llega en tren. Desde allí son unos 20-25 minutos a pie hasta el centro (o unos minutos solamente en tranvía). La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda, todo era perfecto, incluyendo los servicios (cafetera, caja fuerte, nevera). El baño era también muy amplio. Las camas eran cómodas. El personal muy amable. El precio era un poco elevado pero normal para la media en Flandes.

El desayuno no lo probamos así que no puedo comentar. También vi que tenía un parking para quien vaya en coche. Si no, nada negativo que destacar, todo estuvo bien.

Large comfortable room. Four star level. Quiet area with view over large trees in middle of street outside. Friendly helpful staff . Very close to Central Railway station and 15 minute walk to old city area. Wish we had stayed longer than one night.

TV reception poor and subject to freezing intermittently.
