Please note that all food services will be offered via room service only. All guests must present a valid ID at the moment of check-in. No exceptions will be made. Child Policy: - Children 8 years of age and up pay as adults - Children under 8 years old are free of charge in accommodations, they must pay breakfast and other consumption directly at the hotel. Please note that in accordance to 679 of 2001 Colombian Law, Law 1336 de 2009 and 3840- 2009 resolution, sexual exploitation of children is illegal. Therefore, every children from ages 0 to 17 must present a valid ID and birth certificate along with the parents ID to verify their relationship. If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, the accompanying adults must have a written and authenticated authorization along with the previously mentioned documentation. Please note that the rate does not include hotel insurance, 19% IVA taxes and any meals. Guests must present a valid ID at the moment of check-in. Including babies and children of all ages. No exceptions will be made, if guest don't present this ID, can't be hosted,due to local laws. We accept pets (maximum weight: 30 kg) Pets up to 10 kg: cost per night 112,000 COP Pets from 11 kg to 30 kg: 150,000 COP per night Reservations are subject to the number of pets allowed by the establishment.
